Refund & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support.oasisskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Once we receive the item we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
